My package was delivered to the wrong address, poor quality of service

You delivered my package to a wrong address... Idiots

Not good, Very disappointed, mixed tracking info, one minute I should expect it that day, the next it's delayed by 3 days. Lame excuses and untruths, I have a ring doorbell, you haven't been near !

My parcel inspite of giving several minor declaration these guys come up with new things. Dont know who audits the documents. Pathetic . That is the reason they are out of market. FedEx you'll need to improve a lot.

Parcel in Mirabel PQ on November 21st with delivery by December 8th. 17 days to get a parcel to Alberta?? NO, NOT A CHANCE. It didn't make it by December 8 so now it should be here by December 14. Maybe. I really have doubts though. The latest update (showing as November 24) still says package transferred to another carrier for delivery. . If it doesn't arrive I can get a refund on the 15th. Then I can reorder my part and wait at least another 2 weeks minimum to have it shipped and arrive. I will make sure FedEx is not involved. This service (and I use that term with total disgust) is absolutely reprehensible. FedEx totally sucks. Sadly it won't let me rate less than one star.

Spent 35$for a 2 day delivery came 3 days later,never again will I use fed ex, regular mail is faster and cheaper, sorry fed ex no longer use your company

I have ordered several things and FedEx was a deliverer and each time they had some Lane brain excuse that they couldn't get it to the door it was left at the end of a long driveway in the trees both two of them were one one excuse was listed at the gated driveway there is no gated driveway anywhere on my road they looked down the road and saw a gate to the left of the driveway that's the excuse they gave then another excuse they left it at the end of the driveway saying that there was an animal out there no animals out they're all in fences another one I got from Walmart that FedEx delivered they just left it at the end of the driveway didn't even bother to drive up the driveway to leave it at one of two houses up there I'm very displeased with FedEx they don't know how to deliver I've already called FedEx once I'm calling them again tomorrow I don't want to use them anymore if it has to be FedEx I guess I won't be ordering from Walmart anymore
