  • they left the package on driveway so that melting snow got the package all wet, we have a covered entrance less then 12 inches away which is protected from snow and rain, USPS also delivered 2 packages and was able to use that area so those 2 stayed dry, 5 stars for USPS and none for fedex

  • Rubbish service, received a vague email saying parcel will be delivered by 6pm, seemingly unable to offer any more up-to-date or accurate tracking than that which is ridiculous in this day and age! Waited in all day, received an email at 5.56pm to say delivery now scheduled for tomorrow 'some time before 6pm' - will be amazed if it turns up! Very poor

  • terrible experience in receiving two tires bought on Amazon they delivered them separately and I don't understand why the first one arrived without problems but I'm still waiting for the second one for two days they say out of delivery and they don't deliver it

  • I don't know why any company would use FedEx. Delivery is very slow compared to USPS. Tracking a package is useless since packages are only updated the day the package is delivered. Recently, I have been tracking a package all week with no updates since the package was initially picked up on the 28th of November. It's been almost a week with no further updates? When I contacted FedEx all they told me was the pickup date which I already knew. It like they don't know where the packages is also. I can only conclude, FedEx doesn't know how the use scanners and computer systems.
