Tracking showed my package was delivered. The picture attached was a complete blur and not my front porch. I checked around the house - even in the mailbox. I contacted my neighbors. My immediate next door neighbor said the Fed X truck arrived but the UPS truck was in our driveway so Fed x continued up the street but did not stop back at our house. I have tried in vain to reach a local Fed X person who might be able to contact the driver. Hopefully the driver will find the package and still bring it by today. Just a complete pain and I'm very disappointed. Must be a substitute driver. Have never had this problem before.

this has been then the worst experience in getting my package delivered it has taken three day over the actual delivery date which caused me and my wife to stay home when our daughter fall ill and we needed to be there.

Last month, lost 500.00 worth of Walmart Groceries due to Fed Ex delivering to wrong house and they said nothing they can do about it. I've had medication that was suppose to be delivered by noon on Monday and I still haven't gotten it. This rediculous for real. I'm about to contact my Attorney. They got medication that I need and my package been sitting 15 minutes away at hub but they won't let me come pick it up!!

MY PACKAGE WAS SUPPOSED TO ARRIVE YESTERDAY, BUT I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE TODAY. AFTER READING THESE REVIEWS....I HAVE NO FAITH AT ALL THAT IT WILL GET DELIVERED. I EVEN PAID EXTRA TO GET IT HERE FOR YESTERDAY. YOU ALL NEED TO GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

My package has been waiting at the distribution center for 3 days and when I wanted to get information, I was told to stay at home but the cargo has not arrived for 3 days.

Worst shipping company ever!!! DO NOT SHIP WITH FEDEX...WILL NOT GET TO YOU IN A TIMELY MANNER AND YOU CANNOT TRACK YOUR PACKAGE WITHOUT PAYING FOR IT!!!

I waited in for my delivery till 15:05 and then received a text message from FedEx saying my delivery was delayed until the next day as they had tried to deliver my order But I was at home waiting for them to deliver they said they tried but they lied. Rubbish company

I will not order anything online again if the company uses FedEx if I find out later it does then I will cancel my order. Nowhere near any of the other delivery companies.

The tracking information is totally rubbish you can't locate where you item is and are expected to wait till its delivered, this can result in an all day experience being stuck at home until it arrives.

Terrible service, I have been waiting for a package since Friday and they still haven't told me when it will arrive.

I've been waiting over 30 days for a 1 inch by 1 inch part from the manufacturer, Honey Can Do. I told them NOT TO SEND VIA FEDEX FOR PREVIOUS BAD RESULTS. FEDEX "SO CALLED TRACKING" doesnt give delivery days or times, but gleefully throws you into a"chat" that requests money for a response, or puts you into advertisements. WHY IS THIS COMPANY STILL IN BUSINESS??? As an aside, there is no telephone # for any FEDEX FACILITY IN STATE-THATS APPARENTLY A NATIONAL SECRET. Id rate this company - (minus) 4 out of 5.

I had to wait 8 days to get my package. The Text said it be at my place at on the 15th of January but it now it will be here on the 16th January at my place

Poor services all the way.just a big deception

I missed the package on Thursday. They were supposed to re-deliver Friday, no one ever showed up. I've been without all my medications for the entire weekend due to Fed ex. I would never recommend using them.
