Unable to deliver as per schedule. Very poor.

terrible experience in receiving two tires bought on Amazon they delivered them separately and I don't understand why the first one arrived without problems but I'm still waiting for the second one for two days they say out of delivery and they don't deliver it

I don't know why any company would use FedEx. Delivery is very slow compared to USPS. Tracking a package is useless since packages are only updated the day the package is delivered. Recently, I have been tracking a package all week with no updates since the package was initially picked up on the 28th of November. It's been almost a week with no further updates? When I contacted FedEx all they told me was the pickup date which I already knew. It like they don't know where the packages is also. I can only conclude, FedEx doesn't know how the use scanners and computer systems.

We are surprised how a company can deliver to UK from India in just a couple and half day. 27th is the booking date and 29th is the delivery date. This is called the next level service. My best compliments to you. Keep growing and make new benchmark.

My package was supposed to be here 5 days ago and 3 times it has been delayed, worst service ever, still haven't got my package. I have been waiting all day as home for my package and at last minute they said it's delayed once again. Total delays 3 times. I'll never use fedex again.

Said my package would be at my house on the 25th here it is the 30th and it's delayed again for the 3rd time. Very disappointed with fedex.
