Absolute crap customer service. Try having real people to answer phones instead of automated machines

they left the package on driveway so that melting snow got the package all wet, we have a covered entrance less then 12 inches away which is protected from snow and rain, USPS also delivered 2 packages and was able to use that area so those 2 stayed dry, 5 stars for USPS and none for fedex

Rubbish service, received a vague email saying parcel will be delivered by 6pm, seemingly unable to offer any more up-to-date or accurate tracking than that which is ridiculous in this day and age! Waited in all day, received an email at 5.56pm to say delivery now scheduled for tomorrow 'some time before 6pm' - will be amazed if it turns up! Very poor
