Poor service really poor

FedEx uk delivered on time for me on this occasion looking at the reviews will probably use dhl as tracking is not the best if timing is important for you, package arrived perfectly fine

"Delivered" and I still yet to receive it. No info about where it was delivered.

Providing good customer care services

I am shocked that Fedex even has a 2.09 Star rating. Absolutely do not use for international to mexico. If i could give 0 stars I would. DHL is absolutly the way to go for México.

Ignored delivery instructions: “ deliver to door at top of driveway”. Refrigerator was left at bottom of driveway. Mom is 85 and could not carry a refrigerator 100 feet uphill even when she was younger.

Horrible service, not reliable. They keep sending email that my parcel is coming, since Wednesday, then the next day and then Friday, I wasted time in waiting, I didn't go out much because I thought my parcel is coming, but I'm so disappointed, for 3 days, they keep saying that it's on the way, oh well, I hope you better change the way you conduct your business. You are definitely not reliable.

My parcel got delivered to another address
