Of course, you don't get any type of refund. I have been waiting on a package that I paid shipping ins on for a month now. Never again, from now on I will only deal and ship with UPS. I normally wouldn't even give the one-star but I had to choose!!

I paid for package to reach France in 5 days and it’s a whole other five days late. Still hasn’t been delivered yet. Do I get a refund ?? Do I get some of my money back for my package being late and still hasn’t been delivered even after being 5 days late??

I was expecting a package to be delivered in a matter of days, which turned out to be the case. I was informed that the box would only be released to me when I had signed for it. This was not the case, however, as the box was left outside our front door. I had intended to refuse receipt of the package so it would be returned to the sender. As a result, I had to seek out a FedEx office where I could take it to be return shipped. (Please, when a package is marked to require a signature for delivery, make sure that the driver does not leave it anyway, without a signature.)

Great service in store and delivered when i was told it would be, can’t ask for more than that.

I stayed home all day. Didn't even leave for anything. And they said they'd "tried to make an attempt to deliver." And we're unable to be reached that is pure B.S. because I was here the whole time. My dog barks as soon as somebody comes to the door I have a buzzer code that never showed up on my phone. So when the heck did they actually attempt or did they just sit in parking lot across the street and say that they attempt it? I better get my package soon! Pure BS got to waste another day waiting for this so disappointed it the service!

Worst and irresponsible, initiator name and end user names are not at all captured properly. Worst experience for me and caused immense inconvenience.
