Very bad tracking system please update

FedEx waste deleid service

Sent parcel to UK on the 14th of september from Zim ,upto now it hasn't been delivered. They should close their business if they cannot handle it.

Went to FedEx Saskatoon before cut off time but seemed they were training new person that made the situation very slow. There was another station not being used but the extra employee didn’t open it My envelope was an express next day delivery to agoura hills Calif with 2 birthday cards one of which was Saturday Instead of being able to have it delivered on Friday as I was now 5 minutes only passed the cutoff I chose before noon on Saturday It is now Sunday and my envelope is in Memphis Do not charge my credit card for this delivery at the next day price I will learn to send stuff by mail I’ve had some really terrible service for the last few years Check out my name and see One Xmas parcel had an amount of 170 some dollars on it and that was put into your system as over 6,000 dollars. Can’t remember the exact amount Was sent back and I was refunded my money and my granddaughters didn’t receive my gifts Not even worth the one star Pretty upset

If I could give 0 stars I would. Driver did not even come on my street, passed my house 6 times before completely stopping and waiting 2 hours before lying and claiming the address or street name was incorrect (I checked both and they were in fact correct)

Nobody came to drop the parcel but they said customer was unavailable, didn't drop any tag and showing online we tried twice. They should stop their business or courier services worldwide. I don't have worda to make them ashamed.

Pcg. sched. for PU driver claimed " no one home" lied we wer home waiting, this pkg. was next day overnight for Med sample DEL. notified FedEx set up for next day PU. before 9 am had to leave for Dr. appt.at 1pm no PU.yet I left PKG. on front porch. when we gat back at 3 30 Pm it was gone tracking finally out for Del. but might be too late., we will see, hope not, as this was a second attempt from 2 Mo. ago Dr is frustrated. I will try to get them to use a diff. shipper but out of my control.

I supposed to get my package on 26 sep in canada , it hasn’t arrived yet , stuck in USA for 2 days . What’s wrong with fedex. What should I do ?

Been waiting for a package that was supposed to be overnight for a week now I guess FedEx nights are like hibernation
