My parcel containing Pooja goods intended for house warming ceremony on 5th Oct,2024 at Lynwood was held up at Memphis,TN.

My package was supposed to deliver on 26th sept .It’s arrived in memphis on 24 and still in memphis. It’s 5 October. I am calling customer service everyday since 5days , they could not reach even where my package gone, and when I will get it. I don’t know whether I will get it or not. I saw so many negative reviews about memphis that package not deliver if it goes to memphis. I am soo worried about my package last few days. The package was full of my adorable clothes estimated value more than 1300 cad dollar. This is ridiculous. how a 26 kg package disappeared for 10days. I don’t know. I am never gonna deal with fedex in my life even though I will tell all of my acquaintances not to send any single item through fedex. People should sue on them. fedex itself is a thief. A honest review.

Not cetisfied fedex service

It’s been 8 days my package is stuck in memphis.I have no idea when I would get it. called Customer care several times, investigation is goin on for 3 days , yet they did not give any satisfactory answer. I am soo worried.I will never deal with fedex again. Value of my package is more 1300 cad dollar.

They keep delivering the package to some else

Today is complete one week and parcel not arriving. That parcel is too urgent and I have only 2 days because then I collect after I'll submit to government office .if FedEx check this review please understand situation and early to early arrival my post my location (Thank you)

Worst service and irresponsible

My local FedEx is trash. No exaggeration. Literally every parcel (about 5 shipments) that has been shipped to me from vendors has been an unable to deliver or they deliver to another home on another street. After 2 days of being on the phone with the local hub (310-605-4600) their number incase you need it and the international office they still lost my package anyways. And complaints seem to go no where. Even when you complain to the international office unless you save your case numbers and tracking numbers your complaints go off into the abyss because they don't attach them to your name and file. I've literally wasted many hours of my life dealing with FedEx. Because of my local Carson branch and FedEx overall way of dealing with issues. I have nothing good to say about FedEx. Never thought I could hate a company like this but I hate FedEx and will do my best to avoid using any vendor who uses them. Not worth the stress. This is an honest reply with no exaggeration.

Do not order for fed ex I repeat do not order from fed ex lie about delivery time service are bad and just over all a horrible experience.

Delivery is fine. Only problem is tracking is not accurate.

Late night at 3pm delivery .very bad experience. Is it yr regular practice?

Worst service ever, never gonna deal with them. My package is 26kg value almost 1200$. It’s been 7days still stuck in memphis. And they don’t know when I would get my package. No response. Don’t ever send any item with fedex .

Order was placed in March 2024, package was to be delivered April 2, 2024. DID NOT RECEIVE!! As of 3/31/24, it says package was in Etna, Ohio & in transit !!! Ridiculous, this is October 2024, never received package or notifications regarding package!!

Send parcel on 23/09/2024 to USA still not reach from 28/9/2024 onwards it is at Memphis don't know what happened no any one reply
