I paid for package to reach France in 5 days and it’s a whole other five days late. Still hasn’t been delivered yet. Do I get a refund ?? Do I get some of my money back for my package being late and still hasn’t been delivered even after being 5 days late?? Money is not easy to come by and I spend a lot of money to post my package, so FedEx what’s up with my refund??

Great service in store and delivered when i was told it would be, can’t ask for more than that.

I stayed home all day. Didn't even leave for anything. And they said they'd "tried to make an attempt to deliver." And we're unable to be reached that is pure B.S. because I was here the whole time. My dog barks as soon as somebody comes to the door I have a buzzer code that never showed up on my phone. So when the heck did they actually attempt or did they just sit in parking lot across the street and say that they attempt it? I better get my package soon! Pure BS got to waste another day waiting for this so disappointed it the service!

Worst and irresponsible, initiator name and end user names are not at all captured properly. Worst experience for me and caused immense inconvenience.

My package was supposed to be delivered in 2 days it's been 5 days and nobody even contacted me can't get a hold of anybody and FedEx is the worst service company that I've ever dealt with now my package is expected to be delivered in the next 2 days let's see if that even happens they'll probably deliver it to the wrong address just like all the other reviews I've read don't recommend FedEx
