Very bad service for more than 8 days document not delivered, what the hell these idiots are doing I don't know, just playing around, very important document which these idiots told me, we will deliver 3 days, liars.

If someone’s package stuck in memphis, plz talk to customer service and shout on them.My 26kg package is stuck in memphis from 24oct.It’s been 13 days still stuck. I am going to mad, package value is more than 1300 cad dollar. No information I get from fedex customer service.

Our package is in Aurora for days. I could have walked there and picked it up from Montana.

It’s worst service 7 days over parcel still showing in Memphis. Commitment was showing Delivery on 3rd October 2024 We sent parcel on 30th September 2024, We are sad why because my Sin birthday on 8th October 2024, If service not able to give on proper time then why this fake commitment to the customer.

It’s been 12 days my package has been stricken in MEMPHIS . It’s almost 25kgs package . Its value is 50kINR . FEDEX IS THE WASTE . Guys pls done use FedEx for international services
