Very slow service and waste of money

Very late transit & status information,

My cousin sent a packsge to me, however the package WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME!! SI WHERE WAS IT DELIVERED?? FIND IT!! TRACKING #280850097995!! I'd give a 0 if I could!! FIX THIS!!

FedEx tracking number is waste . No information is available . Very slow service. Better to avoid this Courier

Very good service . Received parcel before tym . I always trust FedEx . I have send courier through it several tyms but didn’t face any problems till now .

My parcel show in Baroda ,I parcel on21.10.2024 ,your side wrong information give me that your parcel reached Canada 5 day,but nw they say that your parcel is on Bombay and delayed 2 day ,who respncibal for that,if they say backlog in parcel I never courier, poor service

Slow service & high charges.

I ordered my shoes but I didn't get any information no call I am trying to call customer team that ara not giving any answer fedex customer team sayed to today you will get your order but I can't

My Phone parcel Delivery date is 16-Oct-2024 at 16:30. But my Parcel is under custom clearance. Showing fake information and Location about Parcel. My Parcel location showing in Jalandhar but Jalandhar head office employees saying I have not received your parcel. Your parcel is in under custom clearance in Delhi. Today Date 20-Oct-2024. I have not received my Parcel. I will pay all taxes in advance including custom. Totally bad service and harrass the customer including me. I request to Government please closed/strict action against this firm(FEDEX) COURIER/PARCEL.

My packet of essential medicines booked vide (280642426740) on 15th Oct, lying at Dubai world centre for last three days. Such poor service not expected from Fedex
