Booked parcel on 3rd October. Till now it is held up at SFO USA. No reply from FEDEX. Very bad.

You work very slowly. You deliver parcels late and not on time. In the offices, the employees do not try to help the client to meet them halfway.

The service and the delivery was awesome but but please kindly be checking the information received from the senders before asking the recipient to pay for tax and other money please. Everything was on point l will still do do business with you again.

Fedex is a fraud company totally. My 26 kg package is stuck in memphis for 13 days, I am calling them for 10days. They are now saying it’s lost. package value is more than 1300. How much they gonna refund me. Totally thieves fraud company. people should sue on them.

Considering all the Hurricane weather, my packages have all arrived as scheduled. I had one that came into port in Philadelphia, obviously delayed by the strike/weather (5 days). But came directly as scheduled after that.

Worst service ever. At this point I just think the driver doesn't want to deliver my package. This is unacceptable. I was to receive my package 3 days in a row and have not gotten it yet. They now say today by 2 pm. FedEx customer service is a joke. No help at all. If I could 0 on the ratings I would.

Such a stupid currier service. My package is stuck in memphis for 15 days. Everyone should sue on them.

Third class service they can't deliver parcel on time

Worst service in Rajasthan, they picked the package on 27.09 and today is 09.10 still they are trying to deliver only, but dont know exactly when they deliver. So unreliable service, no importance for customer time, blady waste
