This is very unacceptable I had placed an order since September 29 and up to now it has not been delivered to it's location how much longer will it take. Tracking number 784440057782. It has been in transit for weeks now.

I have a parcel to HK which is supposed to arrive on 14 Oct , when I checked on the 15th, I saw the status which the parcel has gone to Guanzhou with status in transit and no further date confirmation .

It is not possible to chat on line with a human. Your AI not is limited. It will not and di4 see why I should provide you my credit card information to get help tracking a package. How infuriating can you possibly get?? And unhelpful.

I can’t track my package without providing my credit card information! Why is that necessary and I win’t do it. What is wrong with you?

I didn't receive my package it's been 5 days I'm waiting they make me turn now I really hate it your delivery people are too lazy when people live on the 6th floor he never goes up

I can't really said anything bad about them.I got my package on time tracking was delivered on schedule so I am a happy customer.I differently use them again. Might even apply for work with them.

Fiddex is the most stupid organization, damn, I waited 10 days for the parcel, when they delivered the parcel from their office to my house, I didn't wait, damn, I came to them there, they said that tomorrow it would be the next day, they sent it back. I haven't seen any more stupid company yet.
