Package was picked up by FedEx September 29,2023. Says it was tendered to smart post on September 30, 2023 in Midlothian, Texas. Last tracking was October 10 indicated it was in Hutchins Texas. October 15, checked with USPS said they were awaiting a package or information From Fed Ex. Last text from FedEx October 18th. Fed Ex won’t let me speak to a human and the VRU has no idea how to answer questions. Looks like to me if your company can put a package on a truck all packages on said truck would you could and should be able to track the package. Last text says in transit. No other communication has been sent. Terrible shipping agent and customer service.

Show delivery was made before I even ordered. Then showed delivered on a certain morning at 849am....I checked my cameras no fedex had been in my driveway.... Fedex has really gone down...from where they use to be...

They are striving to be better. I absolutely appreciate the proof of delivery photo.

Terrible service I brought a small item 1 October sent by fed ex and still waiting 20 days later

Begumpet FedEx team took package and premium charges on 17th Oct and he didn’t bothered to send it to next level till 4days i.e. 20th Oct and after my follow up he started acting. Funny thing is it’s called express services but totally worst services as normal services could have delivered in advance compared to FedEx express services.

FedEx is very irritating and irregular, I waited at home all day, No delivery, no mail, No text, this is very bad service.

i am having an iphone delivered and i called to check where it was. customer service said it was at the airport then ignored all further questions. on website it said at fedex facility. rude customer service and still haven’t gotten my phone

I contacted customer service and was told that the Parcel would arrive on Monday at 5pm it did not arrive. Contacted them again on Tuesday they said at 6pm, it did not arrive and no text updates
