I was supposed to receive my package today according to FedEx but all I got was a FedX post-it note NOT telling me anything at all. So why didn't they leave my package? I was home the entire day! The worst!

Shocking service leave 30 mins away pay for next day delivery and 4 days later still sar ar the warehouse in swindon fed ex should never be used absolute joke of a company would give no stars if that was an option

Service is very poor in compared to the money they charge. I sent my daughter a parcel which they didnot deliver my had to go and collect it

FedEx is the worst parcel service out there. Every delivery is late, tracking information is always behind or not available all together. I don’t ever have a problem with UPS, USPS, Amazon, OnTrac or any of the others. FedEx is horrible!!!

My package was supposed to be delivered Wednesday before 8:00pm and it has shown out for delivery since Wednesday. But I haven’t received any delivery or response yet from FedEx about the package or when it will arrive. The tracking number is 785651297633. I need my package and I am not pleased with the service that I received from you guys nor the willingness to contact me about it or anything else that could possibly happen with finding my package.
