It is not possible to chat on line with a human. Your AI not is limited. It will not and di4 see why I should provide you my credit card information to get help tracking a package. How infuriating can you possibly get?? And unhelpful.

Fiddex is the most stupid organization, damn, I waited 10 days for the parcel, when they delivered the parcel from their office to my house, I didn't wait, damn, I came to them there, they said that tomorrow it would be the next day, they sent it back. I haven't seen any more stupid company yet.

After 15-20 minutes, still can't get hold of Fedex staff, when click "contact", just looping and with many different ads, sad to see such poor services and tracking system!

Where's my package? Says delivered but it's not here! I've called and texted and left feedback and NOTHING is working! How do I even contact my shipper??

Is this a normal thing for packages to just never arrive to arrive to the wrong address? I ordered a simple package and now I'm just bouncing over the place trying to find out who got my package and how to get it back.
