They took a month to make my package arrive and it hasn't arrived

I think Fed Ex should merge with Ups and we can call them "FED-UP!

I paid for package to be delivered at 8am it arrived after the courier left. The first person by the name of Minnion was dry told me I have 2 options u cannot talk to anyone about a refund until the package arrives but u can talk to someone about where your package is and what time it will be delivered she says which one do u want I said u should just say I have one option. I then asked for a supervisor I talked to David. He was very concerned and customer focused I appreciate that. I then received a call from Elaine who reassured me the package would be delivered sometime today not Tomorrow at 8pm.i should be able to reassure ANYONE that FedEx is number 1 for delivery next day I am a FedEx employee I would rather say go to the post office for a guaranteed delivery. Now I have to wait until the package is delivered to request a refund I expected a smooth delivery I hope I have NO problem in getting my refund I know there is a fine print to that or maybe not since I paid $198.49

My package was supposed to arrive today between 9:40 a.m. and 1:40 p.m. and it was for my son's birthday but unfortunately they never got it here and I never got a chance to go to the birthday party cuz I waited home for his package for his birthday party was over at 4:00 it's now 7:01 and I still don't have the baggage FedEx

I'm here trying to track a package have been trying all day and this is the most screwed up Horrible Moronic company one ever seen in my life. Never again sim I allow FedEx to deliver or ship anything for me they're the most unorganized group of MORONS I've ever seen in my life. Pitifully Ridiculous.

My package should have arrived today and when I look I know that it had already been delivered, it was not at my door and I have cameras and I did not look at anything that a lousy carrier had taken my package and my package never arrived

Worst package carrier ever. They lost my 15kg package and seems they cover each other. Something fishy going on in this company.

An overnight envelope was mail from a destination 60 miles North of my home and here it is Thursday at 7:35pm and still no envelope!!!

What would you grade an overnight delivery, from Monday, 60 miles from destination to my address and here it is Thursday
