Parcel was meant to be delivered by the 9th of November, not only they didn't do it, they did inform me that they won't. I received a text later on to tell me that there was a delay in delivering. Very bad, lack of communication and over charging customers. Rubbish.

I believe that your policy is to deliver to front doors unless there is a special instruction to deliver elsewhere. Well your driver keeps delivering to the stairs of my fenced in deck. It is 6 feet high. I cannot see if there is a package there. Plus anybody coming by can take the package and I wouldn't even know it was there. USPS, UPS and Speedie Delivery all of them deliver to front door be cause it's their policy. I should not have to state to the merchant that it is supposed to be delivered to the front door. I believe this driver is just lazy, because the house never is not by the back door. Thank you

Worst service. Never contact customer in case of any delivery issue. They expect the customer has to contact them and sort out the issue. Till then your delivery parcel will lie in their unknown location. Also handling of package is very rough.

I sent a package to indiana usa on 1 November and now after 10 days it didn't reach indiana. My wa bill number is 785800067765. I contacted fedex they are saying the parcel is not received by them. How come they allotted tracking number on their receipt when they did not receive the package. Please help as the package contains trophies of my son.

Horrible experience. No knowledgeable humans can be reached under any circumstances. I almost begged on email for the person to call me. He didn't. Extremely poor experience. Absolutely not recommended as a courier of choice...

785862984473. Bit concerned as the route seemed to show a trip: - Memphis/Stansted, Return to Memphis, Memphis/Paris, where it was shown 'Out for Delivery" ! I wondered if anyone realised Paris, France is not BrIstol, UK ! Having said that, the package did arrive at the Dartford Hub very quickly and was transferred to the Yate Hub and onto a vehicle, for a local delivery, almost immediately. Delivery was intended before 18.00h 8th November, actually delivered 09.05 9th, so I'm more than happy with that. Gave 4*, because the package was a little battered, but the paper packaging tape may have been contributary to that. Overall - very satisfied with this shipment and the previous one, which also originated in Pennsylvania and got to my door in 3 days.

Packages due to arrive and require signature never show up. I wait all day for nothing. Now who pays for my lost wages ? Will it actually be delivered tomorrow , can I risk loosing another day if work to sign for a package ?
