Service is not up to the mark

The delivery guy was rude beside providing all the contact details he was telling me that from next time give the right contact number(tone). It wasn't my fault then too je didn't listen to me what am I saying. He would have spoken politely whether it's my mistake or not. But it was not my mistake but then too he was rude.

Worst service too complex and very slow

Fedex does not go to cities, other than capital cities of the state? India, Karnataka, Bangalore office is holding since 3 working days.

At Mysore city..570011, SBI, India has not received Fedex from USA.

My package needs to be delivered on 10th nov 23 but till today 16th nov 23 not delivered ....

On every occasion a supplier has sent via FedEx I have been informed the item would be delivered on a particular day and even that it’s on the delivery van and should be with me in the morning. It’s just happened again I was due the parcel yesterday morning before 12:30 you advised and I’ve wasted another day waiting for a parcel that didn’t come . It supposed to be here today now but I’m not holding my breath it’s quicker just to go into the store and buy what I ordered and return your delivery once it eventually gets here

It’s the worst company that I dealt with the are kind of scammers the said that they delivered my package and showed me picture of it it’s not my building lobby it’s deferent color and the another lie is the weight of it . They wrote its weight is 2. 20 lb and it’s not correct it’s more that 25 lb tI think they just took pictures and they trade it they make business of our things .it’s not good , shame on them

Shipping canine semen for a breeding overnight to Texas USA That was Mon morning. It's not even out of the country yet! No chance now if a successful breeding and a LOT of money wasted. If you won't refund the shipping costs at almost $300 USD plus the contents of the pkg making almost $600 USD that's even MORE money I'm losing. This is NOT the first time. It won't let me leave the rating at ZERO STARS. Forces me to leave at least one.

Still havent got my package which was supposed to arrive 4 days ago.

The delivery driver was exceptional! I was a little worried about my order not being brought to my door. I knew it was too heavy for me to lift. I live on the 2nd floor. He literally had to make 3 trips. I'm so thankful that he took the time to provide exceptional service and care.

I have been waiting for my package for a week now and has not got home yet. Could you please find where my shipment is?

Very bad service...my parcel pending from 10 th Nov. in Bishkek.. Not delivered yet as on 13 Nov night..Local delivery taking 4 days..very bad service..still not delivered.. Don't know how many days required...very worst service...
