FedEx tracking is Horrible!! With Amazon you can track your package right down to the last stop before your home!! FedEx just says it’s out for delivery!!!

Four days ago my pkg was in a city an hour and a half away from my house . Still have not received and no status update. This is beyond ridiculous.

Normally we send overseas couriers by DHL, but on customs request I send to Seoul by FedEx, from Ranipet Bangalore is about 240 kms and the courier went to Chennai then Pondicherry then again Chennai and then to Bangalore and then to New Delhi and to Guangzhou and Seoul. I don’t understand the logic in this process. In so much of handling think about the situation of the parcel we send.

Parcel destination Hong Kong, China, which clearance in Guangzhou, China which is very near Hong Kong. But for some unknown reason, the parcel has directed to Japan instead.

Your report shows that parcel delivered on 14th Nov 2023 night ,but actually delivered on 17 th Nov 2023 at mentioned address. Why such discribancy ?
