Cant say nothing bad about fedex but I wish some of the delivery ppl wouldnt leave our parcels outside at the front door and leave it inside at our door. One delivery driver did ring the doorbell to let us know our parcel was there so ty to the deliverer for that. I wish the other deliverers would have the same care. Plse dont leave our stuff outside at the front door. Ty

The estimated time was 9:40-1:40. It's 4:06 now but still did not arrive

I don’t understand how the driver can’t see the house # but goes right by it and delivers one of 4 boxes(large) to a neighbors house right past me. Then the next day 2 other boxes of the 4 were left at a house that no one even lives in and again right past my house!!! Needless to say I never got the 4th box and now I have to wait again I suppose for them to deliver it somewhere and then go try to find it. This used to be a stand up business that I counted on but, something has changed and I wouldn’t use it now at all.

I paid FedEx 115 Canadian dollar for a three day service on a international shipping to Cancun Mexico. It's was picked up today by the receiver who had to go to the FedEx warehouse where they sent all the "undeliverable packages" It all started in the postal office when the first lady who was helping didn't have an exact ideas of what she was doing, it took more then half an hour to get all the information input on the computer the right way and only because the next lady help but at the end of the day the destination for my package was wrong. The package was never going to be delivered because of that and only because I put myself to find it we could pick it up.,?

Every time I expect a package from FedEx it is always late and is out for delivery for days even up to weeks. Not sure what the problem is.

If you give a time range of 10:50-2:50 which 3 hours should be ample time) then it’s totally unacceptable to leave people waiting longer than that. It’s now 6 and I still don’t have my package so I’m totally stuck at work. Unacceptable. Unacceptable unacceptable.

As disappointed as I feel right now about not having a product that basically help me to live, I can't leave anything bad about Fed Ex. This choice was made because we must put ourselves into these employees shoes. This will humble everyone here with a negative comment. This work is very hard and backbreaking and we must understand that those employees have families too, they in my opinion are doing the best that they can. Thank you Fed Ex for doing your best, you guys rock.

So I didn’t receive a package that was supposed to be delivered and I got no help from FedEx so now it seems like they don’t give a shit every time I deal with FedEx they screw me over

I submitted my order on 6/19/23 and the 1st expected delivery date was to 6/22/23 which I did not rely on so I moved to 6/23/33 -6/24/23 -6/25/23 I was in touch with Wayfair who gave me the tracking website and it will not accept my info. I even signed up for texting for tracking purposes have never received a message. I will never use FedEx for delivery..

They have missed the delivery date by 3 days already and on the tracking they had my package 30 minutes away from delivery then sent it 15 hours away now it's probably going to be another 3 days before I get it

On time, efficient, I do not have to worry when I use FEDEX.
