Waited in all day took time of work also had to pay macanic as he had my vehicle stripped down waiting to put my parts on which were inside the so called parcel I still havnt received tracking it it clearly states it will arrive by 6pm on the 20th which it's the 20th today all in all a expensive turn around today for me lost £109.33 in wages and £220 in a garage fee as he spent 6 hours removing old parts to find he's had to put them back on to get me home, cheers guys

The FedEx representative failed to even scan the door tag into her system I could not even track my package when I was not here to receive and sign for the package because she failed to scan the barcode on the door tag package was sent back to where it was shipped from had to do the process all over again there were no more attempts made to correct situation at all I waited for 4 days to see if there will be any more attempts even made to deliver the letter none were made so therefore FedEx fail to even do their job correctly one your tag was scanned into the system and number two no more attempts were made so therefore FedEx one star get it right

The worst serves ever out of FedEx Israel almost 2 months ago instructed FedEx to ship a suitcase to Sydney Australia an tel today setting in their store in Tel aviv. I requested to my sender. No delivery no return. 25 Emails and 15 phone calls with out any help. No iam considering my legal options

Very unreliable delivery service I had shipping coming from one seller that said the package was being delivered same day for almost two weeks. Cancel that order and reorder with another seller only for the driver to say they attempted to deliver but no one was home. When I called FedEx customer service number the operator was siding with the driver. Saying they attempted delivered and will be back out tomorrow to attempt delivery again. To be honest I never had a delivery problem but the way everyone except one person displayed their professionalism was unprofessional. They send you a a wild goose chase and lie to you. Only for you you to not see results

Shouldn't take 4 days & still no pkg for something to set on dry ice cuz it's perishable it'll be thawed after that time lousy customer service ?

Re: TRACKING ID 636597685640 I am writing to you to express my deep disappointment with the FedEx service. The item I ordered back in May I never received. The delivery date has changed and been postponed several times. And finally, after I contacted FedEx and requested that the item be sent back to Home Depot, I received a message that the item was successfully delivered to me. Again, I never received this package and have no idea to whom you delivered today. The only thing I want now is my money back.

They sent my package to a different town. Thanks for taking my order to a complete stranger hope they enjoy my item. Someone needs to get things straight. Very unhappy
