paid for 2 day shipping and it isnt coming for over a week

Use UPS its alot better!!

Delivery schedule was updated after the date was missed. Wasted the whole day! Kind of defeats the purpose! Inconsiderate.

Worst service They shipped a package sent on May 01 from Anaheim california destined to calexico california to NEW YORK ! Still have not received package, destined to arrive on the 20th

I am on my 3rd package from them. The first 2 were not delivered due to them saying they were damaged. The 3rd I've yet to see. Has yet to be delivered. Prefer not to use them but can convince the seller to switch.

Sorriest company for shipping I have ever seen my package is 2 hrs from my house and it’s just setting there will never order nothing for anyone that uses there service ever one should do them like bud light got done they may take action then

THEY WENT EAST FARTHER THAN THE STATING POINT. LOST A DAY AND A HALF. FEDEX IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER. THEY USED TO BE THE BEST 20 YEARS AGO.

Each time I order coffee from Sam's they say fedx delivered it. But fedx always brings my packages to my carport . When it's from Sam's they throw it out at the end of my dirt road. I live in the country and my house is down a dirt road over 1/4 mile long. I'm 75 years old and don't leave the house everyday. The last time this happened it poured down rain and soaked the box. I've complained about this before. But obviously nothings been done.

Paid for a 2 to 3 day service, they took 5 days to deliver. Not so good.
