Payed for express shipping and put Address we use for every package with no problems. Package says canceled 2 days before our trip now we don’t know what to do

According to your site my package is has been in Chino, Ca since June 7 and is out for delivery. It has never reached my town so how the heck can it be out for delivery??? I also received a message that it would be delivered on Sat, Jun 9 and of course that didn’t happen either. Where the heck is my package really???

My package arrived in Feltham MI, in o ctober at the fed ex facility in Oct 2022... it's still there. WHY??? Don t understand.. and when I call their employees are no help.. please forward my package or return it to me...PLEASE!!!

Email confirmation so stated that the package was delivered and left on the porch on the front porch so when I got there I went to the front porch and it was not there I went back to the email and they are taking a picture of the package and guess what it was not true it was on top of the trash can and the picture they took was not in the front porch it was on top of the trash can

It has been taking way too long to be delivered. It has been 1 week after the latest estimated delivery date. It still isn’t here.

This is the second time in 2 weeks are they lose my package they need better drive but I can read the label on the practice

FedEx gives customers wrong infrastructure when tracking a package. I was suppose to get a package today5/31/23 by end of day an I still haven’t received my package. I called FedEx and now they telling me my package won’t be delivered til Friday 6/2/23, why would the website say one day and the representative is telling me I won’t get it til Friday. FedEx service is really fucked up. Nike needs to use a better courier service or stop using ground service.

Fed ex Ground is horrible I paid 200 dollars to ship some items from Pueblo Colorado to St Louis Mo. I tracked my package the whole time and they sent my package all the way to the west coast then all the way to the east coast why I don't know still haven't received it yet yous need new management
