very bad service I am waiting for my shipment from Monday and until the date it does not arrive paying a lot and for the bad service they give

My FedEx Federal Pkg arrived to the location on the date as promised. I was very satisfied

It seems every time I pay extra for quick or one day shipment the package is delayed and I end up getting it late!

My package never came, shows it in NJ March 29th. It's April 25th 2023 it's still there!!

Terrible customer service. Give times for pickup and doesn't show up until later and after two follow-up calls trying to get an answer on a time critical package. Will avoid as much as possible in future.

I won't use again.

I want to know what day my package will be delivered, could you send me a message to keep an eye on me, or you can send me an email

Very bad service

Paid for package to be delivered at 10 am and it was delivered at 3:59 pm. Totally unacceptable since my plans for vacation were spoiled by waiting all day for the package to arrive.

Stop using estimated delivery dates you know are going to be incorrect

I can't believe fedex is still in Business.it blows me away how bad they are. They keep going to the wrong address we've talked to 5 times, Is try to stay away from them.

My package was delivered on April 19, it was delivered to a wrong apartment. Reading all the reviews looks like they doing this very often. Too sad!
