You tell her a package when I'm at work on Friday leave a note on the door one online said you're going to deliver it Saturday like a fool I stayed home all day you don't have any plans to deliver it you people are just the worst Amazon was supposed to deliver it not you horrible horrible horrible I got nothing else to do but wait all day thanks for nothing

Jerks changed my due date three times and still can't get a package on time. 3 weeks I being waiting. 2 weeks longer then the initial agreement. They move like snails!

My FedEx Federal Pkg arrived to the location on the date as promised. I was very satisfied

It seems every time I pay extra for quick or one day shipment the package is delayed and I end up getting it late!

My package never came, shows it in NJ March 29th. It's April 25th 2023 it's still there!!

Terrible customer service. Give times for pickup and doesn't show up until later and after two follow-up calls trying to get an answer on a time critical package. Will avoid as much as possible in future.

Very bad service

Paid for package to be delivered at 10 am and it was delivered at 3:59 pm. Totally unacceptable since my plans for vacation were spoiled by waiting all day for the package to arrive.
