I can't believe fedex is still in Business.it blows me away how bad they are. They keep going to the wrong address we've talked to 5 times, Is try to stay away from them.

Great experience so far.

My package was delivered on April 19, it was delivered to a wrong apartment. Reading all the reviews looks like they doing this very often. Too sad!

Delivered package to wrong address. Label clearly says lot 18. You took.it to 18A. Across the street. Your drivers are either careless or can't read or don't care.

Slow delivery. You enter a tracking number and only tells you were the shipment is located. No estimated time of delivery.

This is the worst delivery company i have ever seen ! This my second order which i had to call them twice and thrice for i dont know which reason . Where i they said signature is not required while but there is no option gor us to change that thing manually …. And when you call them for picking up and aske them that we can’t come and pick to your fed ex office and send the package to my nearest office they can’t do that either !!! WORST

That should be Monday, April 17. I should have begun taking the meds TODAY!!!

So disappointed with the service. A package with my meds is yet to be delivered after the tracker showed that it has been with the courier since yesterday, Monday , April 18. Totally unimpressed ?

bad job you do my orders don't arrive at my door you just disappear with my packages and I spend my money for nothing because I buy and you don't deliver and say you deliver

My package was delivered to the wrong address. Your delivery Drivers need to learn how to read. I waited all day on my modem. Couldn't use the internet. Package was sitting at the wrong door step the entire time and you can't get a human on the phone. Horrible horrible horrible

Don’t recibe my package

Fedex is usually great but I had issues with my last package telling me they came 3 times there was no note left nothing..how come I get all my other ones. The one Carson full of it..customer service can't even answer properly just keeps saying pick up ur package. If customer could do that why use FedEx then..we can go to stores ourselves. Very bad.at least leave our package or let us know.

FedEx company and it's driver are awesome ? company and their's some others time that FedEx driver took the package ? and drop it off somewhere else but now FedEx company and their driver begin to start all over and they'll have now starting to do things better now so since they all have been doing things right and they'll have delivered so many times at my apartment address which is 515 Webster RD. Apt. # 202 in Greenville SC 29607 I'm can stay that FedEx company and their driver and the company service I can stay that they'll have come a long way so keep up the good work FedEx .
