Slower than a 7 year itch anymore. Using to many snail mail carriers so your stuff rots before you get it!

I’m still waiting for my package from March 20th I didn't receive it yet I called many times nobody gave me an answer they put me on hold for more than 20 min I spent a lot of money on this package it is International for real I don't know

Why has my delivery been in Philadelphia for 10 days. It was in Dorval Qc to be shipped to me in Pierrefonds Qc. And now sent back to Philadelphia stalled for 11 days. Not impressed.

The delivery man was awesome, he was friendly and polite and he looked like he really enjoyed his job.

FedEx used to be great. Now its the opposite. Maybe this soon will file a bankruptcy, who knows. Customer service call centres are overall crap!

It is the worst, when an item is heavy or it's raining they never deliver the items. We have been waiting for 3 days our package, they don't answer the phone and the track number shows that is in the reparto for 3 days. Not good at all.

Very poor and not accurate shipping

It came 1 hour earlier than the estimated time, couldn't receive the package cause it jad to be signed. Asked them in a very gentle way for another attempt on that day or to go pick it up. They didn't allow me. It made me very upset. It was very important to get in that day. Now have to wait.

I always have problems with missed packages

With all due respect to FedEx, any parcel that comes to will be delayed by a day or two
