They are genuis

My parcel has been sitting in the fedex whare house for thd past 4 days. Its 3 days late

What a disgusting service you are providing. I ordered an item for two times but i didn't get. Still waiting....

I can't make a review yet because I have not yet receive my package. Fedex have stress my live since on Monday asking me alot of things I don't understand and this is my first time working with fedex company. Its is very terrible.. Still waiting for my package

Horrible service, rude disrespectful delivery people. Need to educate them on respect and not tossing packages around and tossing them over the fence along the public sidewalk , very lazy.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I bought some tires for my commercial truck which I made my purchase with time to be able to put the tires on and continue working. In an average of 10 days, I was supposed to receive my shipment, but due to FedEx problems, they lost my tires (I don't know how they can lose something in their warehouse) I worked at UPS and nothing was ever lost! Today FedEx called me and said that I had to wait 21 days apart from the 10 that I already have, because if they don't find them after 21 days they would refund my money. They asked me to buy other tires for the time being, they think are cheap for commercial trucks

Only FedEx delays all my packages every single dam time. They dnt care that you pay for your item to be delivered fast. Refuse to give an answer. Nothing but excuses. Screw FedEx. I will never ever use fedex again.

I have freight setting in Portland, Oregon for 5 days. Your answer is because of bad weather. Well it's really odd that an other carrier delivered today at my address with no weather problems today. You are the worst carrier in the US.

FedEx is beyond bad!!! They are the worst carrier out there!!! I will never again do business, if at all possible, with any company that uses FedEx as a carrier!
