Delivered expensive baby mattress to the wrong house. We don’t even know where it is.

Not sure yet on how to rate because the package still hasn't got delivered and it was supposed to have been delivered Wednesday but wasn't , now it supposed to be delivered today. I will rate you all then

My two parcel not delivered proper person. Customer saying not received mtl.

They told me it would arrive on Saturday, it's important to have it since I live with diabetes and these days I'm going through COVID and it was very helpful almost a week and I still haven't gotten it

If I could give negative stars I would! Fed ex is horrible. The last 3 deliveries my order was either delivered to the wrong address or I’ve received someone else’s package!! Maybe they should make sure drivers can read!!!

My package was marked delivered when it was supposed to be on Saturday, however it wasn't and The photo of the delivery was neither my doorstep nor my package, however, thankfully, the correct package was delivered to my doorstep Wednesday morning. So I can't complain too much it was late but I'm thankful it was rectified quickly and didn't turn into a huge fiasco. ? Thanx ?

They deserve no star. First you delivered my package to my neighbor house ( learn how to read the gps) then now you're late ( a whole week 1/2 ) with my other package
