FedEx may be bad at what they are supposed to be good at. But I guarantee they aren’t as bad at their jobs as The people at Frontier Comunication

I ordered a bed from Amazon and it was delivered by FedEx which I hate because they never deliver your packages I am missing the drawers to the bed

I was supposed to have a prescription package delivered on Saturday, 2/26/23. By the end of the day. I kept on checking the tracking and it wasn’t being updated. This prescription package finally arrived on Tuesday 2/28/23. It’s a very serious matter, when People have to wait almost a week for a prescription to be delivered. I hope that FedEx improves their delivery service in the future. I finally got accurate tracking, saying that it would be here by Tuesday 2/28/23, by the end of business.

This is the worst delivery service I've ever dealt with been waiting on a package which has been saying online due to be delivered by 8pm but that day hasn't arrived but now it's 35-40 minutes from me and it's delayed go figure Fedx is awful the worst

absolutely the worst trucking company local deliveries. I try not to use FedEx whenever possible too many problems.
