Aweful worst delivery service ever! I don't know how they even stay in business.

Never been impressed always a problem. Wish venders would stop using them. But fingers crossed ? My packages come by them often.

Did not receive our package but FedX tracking said we did. Called them & were told it was lost & would call us right back so we could follow up but they did not call us back. Now can’t get thru on their 833 number. Tried FedX on line tracking but there is no place to enter on the form that we didn’t receive package. Very poor service! Be ware of using FedX.

Worst delivery service with no customer service. FedEx is very proficient at destroying boxes and not delivering packages as scheduled

I don't like when FedEx drivers leave my packages @ the garage door. I don't live in the garage. I would like them to leave packages @ front door where I can see them

Driver threw my package

I would not have nothing to say but... The delivery was awful!!! The driver did not knock, he didn't try and put the box in an inconspicuous location at all. He put it right in the middle of the porch where it could have been seen clearly from the street. The FedEx website is terrible. It took me 30 minutes to find out that my order had been delivered. It kept telling me can not track your order right now try back later!!! Then finally when I entered the tracking # yet again then it told me it was delivered!!!!! So not used friendly. Come on FedEx you should be way better.

Not one bit impressed

Order was delayed for whatever reason and the drive left my order in the middle of the driveway. Didn't even put it on the porch. If I could post a picture here I would. Lazy people. Not happy.

Lied about the delivery time

This is a pure scam, even people who are saying they got their parcel it's a pure lies. I got a tracking number that I have a parcel and I must pay R36.00 for delivery. When I contacted Fedex they told me the parcel is not registered. There someone using FedEx to scam people. He or she will say your iPhone has been delivered to FedEx and you must pay a certain amount before it can be delivered. They want your account numbers to debit that money. People must be aware of this. Once you give them your details they are going to hack your account and leave you with nothing

Waited for delivery didn’t come not sure I think it will come today. They are nice I want delivery already a problem not using debit no to find out

Unbelievable. They can't seem to keep track of my envelope. Know nothing about where it is or where it is to go. One would think that once a parcel has been entrusted to them they would manage to get it to the location as quickly as possible. That has certainly not been the case in this instance. Horrible. I will definitely not choose to send anything FedEx ever again.

I would love somebody at FedEx to explain to me how can I make two separate orders one minute apart from Walmart to be delivered today Friday and one of my packages is at my house in DC and the other package is still at FedEx headquarters in New Jersey.. REALLY???
