Package came but person never ring the doorbell or notification to let me know package was there. I notice because my daughter check the tracking number and said was delivered already. They leave the package outside in a raining day.

It's say the package was delivered, but I live in buffalo ny 14203, 921 main street apt 219.. you delivered to wrong address, I don't understand, you had my info in plain words...

Never got out of truck to deliver package. Thats why I prefer UPS.

The person never got out of the truck and delivered my package, I got it on my ring doorbell camera. You can get a copy if you like. It contained medicine that I needed. This is a complaint.

I received an email that my order is delivered. When I check my door and my camera there was nothing delivered then I contact the Nordstrom store to check about my order and they send me by email that a picture for a door they deliverd it to the wrong address, and I had to search in a subdivision I live Which door was it until I found it.

Twice your service tried to deliver a package in early evening while I was not at home. Now your text system & voice system estimate two different delivery times. Does your right hand know what your left hand is doing. Text says delivery by 930pm while text says by 140pm. Your telephone agent was totally not helpful! I would prefer a morning delivery or a specific evening time to adjust my schedule. Very disappointing!

I don't understand it was already in Corona went to Bloomington then New Mexico when is it going to come back to Corona

I stay in an apartment if the office is closed.My package is not delivery to my door as promised.i do not think it fair because the people in the office told them to leave our pkgs there. I'm home every day .I get my meds.thru the mail and I have to way to Monday at 900am.wow please address this thank you.

The last two deliveries that I have gotten, instead of them, bringing it up and putting it beside my front door, they have been putting it in my mailbox which is illegal. It’s pretty funny to me that he said that he gave it directly to me when I was not even home. I have it on camera.
