I did not receive this order

Poor service, too expensive, delivered 4 days late

This is the third package this week set outside instead of inside the door of my apartment building. In two of the cases no apartment # showed on the lable, but shows on the site the order came from. In the other it was on there. Whyisnt the labels showing the apt. #, and why are they not placing it in the foyer as in the past.

Fantastic service ! Staff in shop were great (and happy) helped me choose right service and did the paperwork. Really good price for next day Home Delivery. 24 hours after I dropped the parcel off it was delivered. Can’t get any better than that.

These guys get lost going back to there trucks after delivery of a package.never again

Terrible service! Left Georgia Jan 25, Today is Feb 8 and it hadn't arrived.

I would have gave zero review if there was .I will never use fedex again and will.not recommend to any one

Takes so long for a package that was suppose to only be 2-5 days. It’s been more than a week

I've been waiting on my overnight package for a week now poor service

I can't find my pack

Worst delivery service out there. If you need anything in a timely manner or expect customer service...better off sending it snail mail. I had something over nighted Wed of last week...it is now Tue of the following week and I get no response from customer service. I've had to have someone waiting at my home since the package had to be signed for...for almost a week. It went out for delivery today and the last update says they couldn't find my address and sent it back (which is BS no other shipping company has ever had an issue) they do not deserve to stay in business

Overnight Delivery picked up Feb 1. No information provided for days. Feb 6 notified delivery by noon. Later notified now 8 pm. At 8:30 pm NO Delivery. I called the FedEx number. Now says delivery scheduled for February 7 by noon. SO CALLED OVERNIGHT DELIVERY... GET A CLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could put zero... I would Package OVERNIGHT DELIVERY Picked up on February 1. Still NOT at my home after 12pm on February 6!!!!!!!!!
