I've got an email on Thursday saying my parcel has been delivered, but I haven't got any parcel actually.

Delivered package to the wrong address in a city 600 miles away from me! Unacceptable!!

Last time I use FedEx! They lied about the weather when I asked if it would be delivered overnight ?

Accepted packages for overnight delivery knowing a 3 day ice storm in Memphis would prevent that from happening. They took the money and now say no refunds on account of in-climate weather. Stuck in hotel for 4 days now waiting for package. Frauds

Overnight delivery on day 4 now. FedEx knew of ice storm in Memphis 1 day before my package was accepted for overnight delivery along with payment. They lied and fraudulently state no claim is applicable because weather conditions out of their control yet they took the money. Disgraceful.

Tracking Number 393763745520 not yet received

Paid Next day air now has been three days will not tell me when it’s going to be delivered say there’s a delay because of ice I drove that same day from Ridgeland Mississippi to Memphis Tennessee and there was no ice will not give you answers and will not tell you when your package will be there. I could’ve sent it US mail. I’m shipping a car to Seattle and it will be FedEx there. Do you not use them?

Very slow service

Just leave him a note saying that you have coffee and cookies

I've never had any problems with FedEx at all
