FedEx reviews

Apparently my order was in 3 boxes and not mentioned anywhere in my order or FedEx. Two of the boxes are clearly marked 2 of 3 and 1 of 3 other bright green labels. When I checked the tracking # it states package delivered with a picture of two of the boxes. Oh yeah, I can’t get through to FedEx’s customer service. In conclusion I have nothing good to say about FedEx. Always problems, their a joke

No updates for my package and trucking shows clearance delay for a whole week in transit .what is the problem and no any option to speak with a representative

My order says it is delayed in South Dakota, but no explanation. Can I get help

My package was sent to me and according to 2 days it arrived and it already has 4 days that it was supposed to arrive

I have received packages via FedEx frequently for years with absolutely no errors of any kind and no damages!

Why do we pay for 2 day service and we never get it in 2 days. Package sent 2 day 1-31-23 and not here 1-2-23. Tracker says in Memphis Tennessee, I am in Louisiana. Maybe 4 day or 5

everytime Fed Ex comes to my house the guy never knocks yesterday I heard him pull in headed to to the door he was alredy in his truck and going out the driveway of course it's a sign for package. this guy DOES NOT WAIT FOR YOU TO GET TO THE DOOR!!!

Paid extra to have a package delivered over night. The employee at the store guaranteed me my package would be there the next day. It took 2 days! I had it delivered an hour and a half for my house, and it still took them 2 days to get it there.

Paid extra to have something delivered over night, and it took 3 days! I could see if I was having delivered or if stays, but no I was having it delivered an hour and a half from my place! Could have sent it is postal mail for cheaper. Lesson learned

Package was left at wrong address.
