Super bad service never receive my package and I create a case to see if was any solution and they denied. I hope a will never need this company for my shipments again

So happy with service

Never got package. Got email said I did. Delivery truck come to my house at 8 at night. But never left my package.

I've had 4 pictures it was supposed to come to my home one of them was delivered to a cow field to a cattleight in my neighbor's yard who kept the package another 1 was stuck behind a decoration on someone's mailbox that we never got and then another 1 never showed up here and then they don't ever do anything about it I've lost hundreds of dollars of product and packages to my neighbors and fedex won't do nothing to fix the problem they are the worst company I've ever seen in my life

stop using fedex as a shipping method, I don't know where my package is and it says that it has already been delivered

To many delays on every single package

The FedEx delivery person was amazing I haven't had anyone leave the box or bag in the fence even if I tell them to but he put it in my fence so Noone would take it and I love that

Hi don't go to this company because they say your item as been delivered when it has not they should investigate the courier all so I have noticed that there were no photo of the delivered item . That tells me that the courier scan your parcel and drop it of any were they need to update there system. Stay clear of this company.

On time every time

Would be nice if the driver would knock or ring doorbell to let customers know thier package is outside

I am a the Pilot truck fuel stop in Buffalo Texas and the driver of trailer FEDZ558681 is using the fuel aisle to take a break. This inappropriate. The driver ignores requests to move and there are long lines of trucks needing to get fuel. The drive is inconsiderate. The drive needs to pull out of fuel lane to take lunch break. Thank you.

Left package in rain instead of in carport .
