Awesome job left my item downstairs from my building and took a picture for evidence.

FedEx is ALWAYS leaving my packages outside my gate by the road so that someone can steal it and I have asked and asked to leave package on inside of gate that is off driveway. I do a LOT of on line shopping but I am ready to stop on line shopping because of FedEx unless the retailers I shop will deliver thru UPS. Look at your overall rating u need to make changes.

FedEx is always taking the long way round ,there traking app does not work.

After 2 days on waiting for the product when your driver said it was trying to deliver but nobody was there which I don’t think it’s truth because people is always working at that location you should improve your business.

It was supposed to arrive yesterday. They let me know at 10:00 pm that it was “delayed” Supposed to arrive by 1:30 today, not here yet-we’ll see

They say they delivered my package and I never got it where is it who knows

They left my 1200 bed in the rain and prior deliveries ordered pottery stuff they threw it on my porch and it got busted and I reported it their drivers are terrible I would not give them not even a one star

I really liked the service, the deadline was respected and I received my package without any problem.

Sent package to the wrong address. This is the second time FedEx mistakenly 2160 for 2103. My friend had to, drive to 2103 to get her package. Hugo, OK is not a good place for packages.

I sent a package to Hugo, Oklahoma. This is the second time they sent the package to the wrong address. I will use usps for my packages for now on.

I've been waiting gor my package for a week and 2 days and nothing

According to FedEx the shipment I am expecting was going to be delivered last Sunday. Today I checked the shipment and it is still in Chino (CA). For what I see if the truck is taking more than week to go out of Chino, that means that it wikk take more than a year to go Lake Worth (Fl). What an efficient service!!!

Had a microwave delivered by FedEx and I was in my back yard when I heard the box being dropped over the railing of my front porch. Thankfully it was well packed, but the box had certainly seen better days. Waiting for another delivery today, says it's out for delivery, but it is 6:56 pm, so I am sure it won't arrive today. Bad delivery personnel, these are not my only complaints, just the most recent. Much prefer UPS delivery!
