I give fed-ex 3 stars... Sometimes they leave ordered item at the right address and sometimes they don't??‍♀️

Good service but package was delivered to wrong house. Thankfully was found a few houses away.

The drive just leaves my packages in the driveway. Upside-down clearly marked this side up. The woman hates to deliver to my house because of my dog. I have started placing the dog inside when I have a package coming as I know about what time she comes. I don't have a problem with the UPS driver.

Just had a Walmart delivery this morning and the delivery guy just dropped my boxes...as soon as I picked up the box I noticed liquid streaming out of the corner of the box, he had busted my canned chicken. That chicken juice was all over everything not to mention my carpet. This isn't the first time this has happened but I'm tired of this. You need to do something about this

Bad service dropped off 2 packages to wrong addresses can't talk to no one on the phone very upset????

This service is the worst service I have ever seen. Told the item was on the truck and would be delivered before 8:00 pm. We had to make other arrangements as the package required a signature. At 7:00 pm we received an update that the drive could not make the delivery. I lost half a day of wages. I also observed 2 Fedex deliver units in Airdrie AB within blocks of my address. Called customer care and was told no manager was available to talk to me. Waited 30 minutes till I was told they were now closed. I have no rating. It’s below 1 star.

The driver stole my package never return it back to the sender

Excellent service thank you I gave my email address for updates as i was tracking my item step by step and it was delivered on time thanks to FedEx I would give five stars.

Have been waiting on a delivery since Jan 1. Keep receiving updates that a new delivery date was requested (not so), address change requested (not so) and out for delivery for four days in a row.

My pkg has not been returned since Oct 24 2022 . Im very worried.

I have seen a lot of poor reviews about Fedex but this being my first time using them, they deserve 5 stars as professional, constant notifications on tracking. I think that most of the poor reviews were from people who did not use the service correctly and did not read the fine print regarding services offered. Well done Fedex outstanding service
