Live in a secured building they leave the packages in the lobby they don't deliver them to the door I've had several packages stolen I'm disabled and have problems with movability UPS delivers to my door wish I could choose who delivers stuff instead of the company you're buying it from chooses

Said they couldn't deliver , no sign of any delivery driver or van parcel has appears to have disappeared? CCTV on house stops and catches liers ?Will claim refund from ebay ! Dreadful service

They left the package lying at the door of my house, even having a mailbox, so they stole it

They have left the package outside, having the opportunity to leave it in the mailbox at the door of the house. This is why the package was stolen...

Not reliable,and some drivers are liars as well as some customer service

If I could leave 0 stats I would. I placed an order way before Christmas it almost got to me then just paused for over a week straight at same location I called they told me it's on its way. They said they would open a dispute to see the issue because I paid to have it before Christmas I still have not received my items to this day and it's been almost a month. Then I sent a package back for a refund of over 200.00 and now guess what that package is lost in the mail as well going on 5 days in same location and I can not get a refund until they receive the package back. I'm so done with fed ex twice in a month this is bull crap....

No attempt to deliver package on two dates they said it was out for delivery. Unable to contact customer services without a account number can not speak to anyone to find out when package will be delivered

No updates for 4 days, paid extra for early delivery. No one answered my questions ! Totally unreliable!

I will never advise anyone to use FedEx, my refrigerator is broken I need a computer part, I was so happy when I saw it hit my state , they screwed it up, took it to someone else house, told me a lie that were getting it back and bringing it cuz I need it for install appointment the next day, I call back they tell me they can't get it back til next day, I paid for overnight and they can't even do ot right, it's not a house in my neighborhood either...meanwhile I'm using a ice chest to keep formula cold...and diabetes meds..thanks fedex..losers

Have been waiting a month for my Parcel

I’m very disppointed with my first time shipping with fedex my package was not delivered I sent it dec 2.can’t get any reasons for the delay.I will contact my lawyer if I dont get something done.

Why does your driver set boxes in the rain infront of a closed garage door, that could get smashed by a car backing out? When there is a covered porch safe from being crushed and out of the rain. Your company n drivers are terrible.
