They said my package would arrive on Saturday well it's Late Monday afternoon and no package and the website lies

I want to say things are great, and I get it. Holidays are busy. But it told me my one item would be here by the 14th. It has yet to show. When tracking it, I can't even get an estimated delivery date. It was in the same place for 4 days (and was only 3 hours away) and now its in a different state. But I'm pretty sure there's a fed ex facility in my city. It only moves once every day or more. If the package is messed up I'm gonna be mad. For reference, I ordered the package on the 6th, and I think it shipped on the 10th-12th. I know it's only a few days but that's 9-7 days. And when it was 3 hours away, it moved to a different state.

I have no words to express how terrible your service is in Big Bear City Ca. Since we moved here 3 years ago, it's been one nightmare after another trying to get packages delivered. Come on guys, it's Chistmas! I was notified last night that my fairly pricey item was left at my front door. Well...nope! Even checked the entire yard, and our close neighbors...nope! No place to be found. Unfortunately, this is now the second time in 2 weeks that I have had to request refunds. Completely unacceptable! Do better! Educate your drivers!

Haven't got my package and i can't find where its at you guys are horrible

Been having issues getting packages since we moved. Some come just fine from FedEx others say can't locate address and it's a fight to get them. I have NO other issues with any carriers finding location. What's the reason to have your phone number listed with FedEx if they won't use it when they have questions about address. Instead they just hold package and calling gets you no where until after the third or forth call. I would give zero stars if I could at this point.

Parcel was supposed to be delivered on the Friday the 16th and has still not arrived waited for it and it never showed. This is not the first time I have waited longer than what the delivery time was suppose to be

FedEx is normally very reliable but this product has not made it to his destination or to my house for over two weeks from the second due date is. At this time I understand Christmas because it was supposed to be here in November.

Left a sticker on door that parcel would be dropped at the local micheals store. Been there three days in a row no package. And tracking number doesn’t come up on the app

I have never in my life been so unimpressed with such bad service. Not only have we asked this company a few times to put our Parcels on the porch which is just an easy open the door drop the Box inside effort. Not only are they not doing that this morning I went outside no I'm sorry I did not go outside because the parcels were left directly in front of my door and I couldn't even open the door to get them and they were left underneath the eaves and my packages are soaking wet they do this every time they drop off packages what kind of service is this any idiot can know that this house has a porch on the front and all you have to do is open the door and put the packages inside but no you leave them outside under the dripping Eaves right in front of the door so I have to wedge my way out to get them and bring them inside where they belong.

Spend extra money for express below.. its been delayed many days.. what's the points spend spend so much money with this slow process.. over compromise with customer high cost... Strongly not recommended...

Rude drives and never put package at the right address

2 days i was told it was to be delivered, waited in, and then receive a message saying it cany be delivered, and theyve left a card, no, now website is caput. Absolute rubbish,

Paid for express delivery. Waist of time and money
