Overnight really means when they decide to send it my package been sitting two days in florence sc office. It was sent wed and this is sat no package yet .so dont waste your money overnighting a package with fed x .they dont care.

Yall lucky they don't got a half star

Upon delivery to my home when I wasn't home, my family was told to pay the duty-free, however they wouldn't take cash and as a result my package was return to their head office and was told to pick it up from there, which is a 40 minutes drive and and after waiting in line for 30 min and paying duty-free, was told the driver not back yet and my package would be delivered with delay. Extremely inconvenient how they go about duty-free. Why can't they just send an invoice prior or after the delivery instead of holding your package hostage?

FedEx thinks it's appropriate to drop off packages on other ppls porches. make sure you designate that your shipment by signature controlled to avoid the bullshit I just went through

Asked for my package to constumer service. Answer: "We returned your package to shipper, because you didn't paid $49 for goods and services". What?.... I didn't paid because nobody called or sent information about it Answer: " we didn't have your email neither your phone number. " Lying, lying, lying.....l got many emails about it.

What a bad fast service...Paid for fast delivery in 5 business day...Ended up delaying for 3 weeks ..But no one up there for taking investigation for their service.. Totally not recommended ... Just save your money for Canada post .. FedEx not even worth 1 star honestly...
