Still no package ? late for 8 days

Regular mail would have been faster. It’s a pain in the neck using your website as well. So disappointed with fed ex.

they cant read ! supposed delivery december 26 but they transited to different locations:)

they do not meet the delivery dates, it is not worth paying the express, scam

FedEx office is substandard. I provided a tracking number and if I want delivery information I first have to pay $5.00! Does it matter they say I'll be refunded? NO!

Still waiting for the item to be delivered since 1 Dec 2022. Should have been delivered by 8 Dec 2022. Very disappointed with the service.

Have a package that was scheduled to be delivered on 19 December 2022 and it's 25 December 2022. The package is still in transit. Poor service.

I am very disappointed with FedEx. They did not deliver my parcel, we had to go and pick it up on our on after 9 days and yet we paid for the service. Not even an attempt to deliver my parcel. I am so disappointed. They don't answer their calls its automated machine and if they do after holding for a long time, they will give you so many excuses why they are not delivering the parcel e.g driver didn't come has family problems. Very disappointed.

The absolute worst customer service, can't even talk to an actual person. No help resolving issues.

It’s the day before Christmas Eve. When i track my package, it shows it’s been sitting in Southaven, MS for 3 days. Was supposed to be delivered by the 22. It says pending. I need it by Christmas Eve!! I need an update. But there hasn’t been one in days!!!

OK so I live out in the country and when we get some snow I literally just had this problem again where early in the morning I get a FedEx driver that brings me my packages then my other stuff gets delayed because they’re too scared to drive send all my stuff with one driver I have no problems with UPS
