Paid for express delivery. Waist of time and money

Is a horrible services. Alway had excuses for the latest package. I hope the companys don't take this services

Very poor service next day delivery over a week and no updates on tracking eventually found fed ex out they had damaged the PKG and told no one sender or me the receiver sat somewhere in depot rang customer service only then after pushing to get an answer did he say yes we have damaged the PKG and he would get onto sorting and call me back well that never happened contacted the seller and he didn't know that PKG was damaged this PKG was a special part for a disability car the lady cannot get out of the house until we receive as it's the only vehicle she can get out in absolutely apauling service from F.EX you need get your act together apauling

The service it’s so bad, I should to wait a long time and actually my package doesn’t arrive, they have a lot of problems to find my house and one day I receive a message to my package arrive but are not there

Worst service in comparison with other national courier services.

Tracking an order or having an update is impossible with Fedex. Have been trying the last 6 days with no results.

Been waiting on package for days. Driver kept claiming they delivered. When i was home at the same time. I was home all day yester day. The driver still they attemped delivery and that one was here. Same to day . i sit outside since 7.30 am . now its 604.pm still no delivery. Now i get a tex from fedex saying my package back at warehouse til tomorrow again. If the driver came them many time they would have left notice sticker. I am very unstatisfied.

I really don’t like the Fedex service at all. I have been waiting for my package since Friday and here it is Tuesday and I still don’t have my package yet. This place has very unprofessional behavior. The driver’s lie and are lazy saying they attempted to deliver my stuff and they never did. I took off all these days from work because I need my stuff. So I had it held at the facility and I still don’t have it yet talking about some 24-48 hours
