I made 2 shien orders same day received my first order a week ago my second order still hasn't arrived was suppose to arrive yesterday and tracking says it's in NJ I'm in MO, how can two orders same day be weeks apart these are christmas gifts for my kids and no one is helping me with this issue

I have had wine delivered on occasions and so the delivery person has to get my signature. EVERY delivery person from FedEx has been very friendly and helpful. Thank you, guys?

What the heck are they doing? Miami -Memphis-Ft. Myers-Cape Coral delivered ???? -Ft. Myers package delaid-Ft.Myers in transit ???? The pony express would be faster and precise.

Priority overnight from Wells Fargo takes 5-6 days to be delivered

Very inconsistent and delayed deliveries that you can't rely on and nobody in customer service takes responsibilities and responds.

I have had a terrible experience with FedEx, I paid for my package to USA express delivery. It was supposed to reach destination on the 6th of December. But know it is still sitting in one of the FedEx hub till today already 5 business days no sign of delivery. What type of express is this? I have tried calling the customer services, it’s all automated, I went to the FedEx store where I had given the package, they can’t help, they don’t know what’s happening! The tracking log is showing in transit. I wonder why I paid extra for express? Should have left standard shipping ! ? I don’t know how to contact a human in FedEx or find out the status! I am stuck!

Package left at edge of steps not at the door. Anybody could have taken my package.

My package is missing Fedex Tracking number shows that it was delivered, but the day and time it said was delivered it's impossible my Daughter and I were in front of the house exactly the time it said was placed ..WHERE'S MY PACKAGE??

This is the second time in a row that FedEx claims they delivered the package, no one came to my door home all day, either they dropped it off to the wrong house, or package has not been delivered yet states it is, or likely but unlikely someone stole it, my area has security and highly unlikely never had an issue with USPS or Ups....just FedEx!!! They need to get their act together.
