This was to be delivered to me on the 17th of October know if I like today still in Japan what’s going on with my order

I'm still waiting for my package that was supposed to be delivered on October 20th and to this day October 25th you still can't tell me where my package is and when it is going to be delivered

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. Tracking is absolutely useless, customer service is not in the UK and they are pretty useless. If your parcel gets lost or mislaid or just stuck, there is not much you can do other than pray!

Worse shipping service there is. Fed ex used to be decent but it’s gone horribly down hill. Unreliable service. Bad customer service.

Package wasn’t delivered to my house, shipper called fedex to start an investigation and going to be another week or 2 before anything is done.

We were told 3 different times our packages are out for delivery. As of right now I have

Bought a new car battery on eBay which was supposed to arrive on Sunday Oct. 23. Tracking info showed it had been returned to the FedEx facility in Seaford Delaware for inspection. This automatically raised a red flag. Unless this battery is damaged or has been turned over and leaking acid, why would it need to be inspected? The next entry on the tracking information said it was on the vehicle and out for delivery. It was rescheduled to arrive on Monday October 24th. Monday came and went and my battery still hasn't come. Seaford is about 16 miles from my house and it's the last stop before reaching me. FedEx really dropped the ball on this one!
