Great delivery! Earlier than expected! Thank you FedEx!

Was to be here today .shipper told me FedEx lost my package after she just gave it to them..they did find it but it won't be here today..what's the point of a shipping company that can't do what their paid to do

I purchased an expensive gift for a friend and paid extra for quick shipping, this was back in April, and they still haven’t received it. $500 down the drain.

My item arrived on time thank u plus it was in excellent condition

Only putting 1 star as it won't let me rate it zero stars , waiting in all day for my parcel, was meant to be guaranteed by 6pm , it's now 8.51pm and still no delivery, absolutely useless

FedEx has bad service they are delaying my package for eight days this is supposed to be the time for my package to be at home they have it for eight days I called and they told me that they don't have a delivery day aaaa I'm very angry about this bad service

Well, this was certainly a waste of time. No actual information.

They mark your package as delivered with a time it was left. They lie! My packages are usually delivered 2-3 days AFTER they claim it was. Like most people now a day we have ring doorbell bell & other cameras around the house & it’s disturbing that they send a notification it was delivered when cameras don’t lie that not only was it not delivered to the front door but no Grd X truck even came on out street. Madison County, AL is the worse!!!

The fed ex in my area is horrible he never gets it to my house it's left at neighbors house's it's beyond pathetic straighten up your company

Two times now my fedex Delivery was not received notes say delivered to locker system however no notification of the delivery from the locker system. Started a claim. Claim says contact shipper for refund. Sam's club doesn't refund. No picture of delivery. I can never talk to a human. I always get my Amazon orders on time and in tact.

My package was supposed to be here on the 13 of October.It is yet to get here .still don't have it .And when oi called to ask where my package was.The man was so rude.and very hateful.But I'm so angry right now .what poor service that Fed ex puts out now is beyond me .
