You'll never speak to a live operator if your life depends on it. They take forever to update their system so you never really know where and when you'll get your package.

Package was going from Kansas City to McPherson and was supposed to be overnight. Package went from KC to Wichita to Fort Worth and back to Wichita. Obviously didn’t make the overnight deadline.

We paid extra for priority service with next morning delivery for a necessary medical device. Now I am scheduled for delivery 4 days later when I will no longer be at delivery address. This is a very poor unreliable delivery service. What a disappointment!

Only had next day delivery twice and on both occasions fedex failed to deliver. Thats a 100% failure rate on critical items. Whats good to say about that. Fedex also mishandled our first export and we had to claim compensation

I was happy with the time it took from departure to my bldg. Initially they said it would arrive, but subsequent notifications suggested a later time. I was so happy to get it earlier.

They are horrible...NEVER ON TIME with a delivery....I have to call several timed in order to know where my package is...I had to call the company I purchased from and asked them not to reship with fedex because they say the deliver customers packages and its just a plain lie.....

When you call to complain you go to a hired company that does their customer service complaints they literally cannot do anything and they don't care and they don't care. The drivers are lazy and don't do their job

FedEx is disgusting I'm still wondering what happened to my packages it's been twice in one month that they have lost my packages and to this day from September 4 to October 22,2022 I have not heard anything from them they won't tell me anything over the phone and I have to pay over 500$ the cost of my products they deserve nothing but an O rating .

I'm very disappointed in FedEx service I'm not receiving my packages because FedEx sent them to USPS they have lost two packages within one month and I still have to pay for the packages this is not right
