The customer service is terrible. It said my package was delivered, but I’ve been at home all day and they haven’t arrived.

What losers. Waiting for medical supplies from MI to wi and going to take 10 days. Wow such losers. Could have taken my wheel chair there n back faster. What scum

Ive been waiting for this package for over a week now it was supposes to be here a couple days ago but it is stuck in memphis for some odd reason. What happened to FedEx?? Cant get my package on time anymore. 0 stars

Some of the worst communicators that don’t fix there errors when you give them the right information. It seems they just don’t care and want to get paid. Really bad service for sure.??

We we're home, and the note" please! Knock on the door thank". Driver came on 19 and back on 20 but just left the note nothing else, we 're waiting all the time, come and check every 15 min from 8 to 4 on 20 and from 8 to 8 maybe on 21. The driver not knocked the door. We got the emty veranda all the time . It seemed the driver afraid of no job todo. Kept item to come back instead solved problem right away . I got 2 zettels left at my door on 19 and 20 just promised he will come back. That's all, very disappointed . Thanks

I can not believe how horrible their service is. Spent 15 minutes on the phone with someone arguing that my house number and location is accurate. Just because Google maps doesn't show my address my package was held for a week. I had to take pictures of my house on Google maps and email the pictures with a circle around my house. The absolute worst delivery company. I'd expect this from ordering a pizza. Not FEDERAL EXPRESS.

If I could give a zero review I would. FedEx is a garbage company and if you see any company you are ordering from using them please think twice. You will have so much extra wait time added onto your order. That you will wish you didnt even make the order I'm surprised they are still able to get business when they are flooded with similar 1 star reviews. They have really made me sick of online shopping and I probably wont again.

I've order oct 1st. They said 2to3 days to arrive here it's oct 18 th and no package yet. Map shows stuck in north carolina bs

Recvd my pkg on time, driver was very nice, which is rare these days! Usually get some young guy, who throws the pkg up against my front door.

Order a special gift for family member. It was in pearl,ms 8-3-2022. All fed ex will say it's on a rural truck. Called company I ordered from & they said it was in Illnois. Not Mississippi. That was August it's now October still no package. Would n I t recommend anything being shipped with fed ex.
