FedEx is horrible. They make it hard to even speak with someone

#606813186737 was and is a TOTAL FAILURE the package was never delivered and trying to get information is not customer friendly or accessable. A quarter star would be too much.

Package delivered 2 days ago but not to my address...still not found ridiculous customer service

Been waiting three days for a package from Lebanon, Oh to Amelia, Oh. I keep getting notifications that it has been delayed. Tried doing a route map to show where my parcel is (supposed to be out for delivery) map shows that my parcel is still in Lebanon. I am glad this isn't a life threatening delivery.

This service was disappointing & disheartening , my item was time sensitive and still has not gotten to where it should be. I will never use FedEx again.

Fed ex should have negative stars. Usually takes over 2 weeks to get a package that was supposed to be here on 4 days. Most of the time I have to reorder and have UPS deliver. Fed ex should be out of business.

How many days to deliver a package that I could drive to in an afternoon. According to you it seems no one knows how to leave the city of Memphis? Asi the Post Office maybe they can gove directions

Tracking package typed in Tracking number, and it's not even for my order.my Tracking said Fedex pick up order and nothing else. One star rating,to much,but that's aslow as it goes.

Very poor service your. It's Send on 14tth October from California. Can't receive my parcel.

I wish we could choose who delivers our packages when we order things because I would NEVER choose fed ex. They keep your package on their truck and drive it around for days, weeks before they decide to deliver it!! No one is held accountable for packages being delivered with days worth of delays. If they have trouble finding drivers then they need to cancel their contracts with companies so UPS can do their job!! I'm glad I'm not waiting for medical supplies to keep me alive because I would be dead! Worst shipping company EVER!!

FedEx has issue throwing package as well as giveing the wrong package.
