I have never had good service with FedEx. Unfortunately I can't control who businesses use. I've gone as far as contacting the BBB. Didn't help! From rudeness of the drivers to poor communication within the service. I absolutely love UPS, and have only had 1 problem with them which they did everything they could to fix. As big as FedEx is they need better quality in their service. The drivers also need better training.

A package containing very important items, without asking me, without taking any command. when no one is home! He left it on my doorstep and left! and put it in the system because it was a delivery and go! What kind of irresponsibility is this? The delivery took place at 9.20 am, already 3 days late. no one was home! very poor service indeed. at least you could have left it with my neighbor! I'm lucky because I came home from work in the evening and the package was still on my doorstep. what if someone stole it! absolutely rubbish service

I gave them explicit instructions and gps info to deliver numerous packages. They never even tried to follow my directions. If it isn’t on google maps they just drive the packages around in the truck day after day ( in my case 7 straight days) on numerous packages. You can’t call. They will not listen to you. I know where I live. But they keep telling me my address is incorrect

Absolutely horrible it shows my package was delivered last week but never received it and now the says they are sending me another one and if its not here today i have wail till monday to even do a refund then gave to wait another 10 business days to get my money back

Fedex has been horrible saying they attempted to deliver but had issues delivering total nonsense they never attempted to deliver

picked up package in Texas took to there FedEx distribution center and lost it 4 hours later with no courtesy call or anything I called and told me it would be here by end of day I called back 5 minutes later and said the following day 20 minutes later and said I have to wait and see cause they don't know where my tires are now waiting for a supervisor to call back not good service at all for a big company
