Over 5 days now after the first shipment was damaged and the second one sent out. Need this package package by a deadline and it's drawing near. Hope it gets here soon.

I ordered live animals and instead of leaving it at my door like they normally do they took it to a fed ex pick up I took an extra long lunch expecting my package very disappointed

Very poor service, waited in all day yesterday for my parcel as tracking said due yesterday. Appeared this afternoon and is still showing as out for delivery on tracking

Was notified delivery would be by end of day 10/14/2022. It 10/19/22 and they say it's out for delivery, in transit ,and delayed all at same time. Worst customer service ever.
