I sent my parcel on the 11th and was told it will arrive for 4-5 days, today is 19th,still hasn't arrived!

definitely, there is something wrong with their system, it says delivery tomorrow, it's been 4 days, and the package still hasn't been delivered. A private company, an expensive service, and parcel service should not be like this, I think it definitely needs to be fixed.

packages shipped 7 days ago, still sitting at Warsaw Airport, been there 5 days

My package was in Phoenix Arizona I live 4 hours from Phoenix Laughlin NV. And my package said it was in Texas

If I could pick ZERO stars I would. They wanted credit card info to charge me $1.00 to talk to a live person. They said the $1.00

To have this contact with FedEx by giving my email address has been very helpful. The parcel has been delivered to our church premises on the 3rd time of trying. I am surprised the driver didn't make use of the letter box at the front of the building the first time but posted a card under a door with no handle or keyhole that he thought might be the main entrance. Fortunately, I got hold of helpful assistance when I phoned FedEx and a note was put on the driver's instructions. I also directed the driver by displaying instructions in the window in big lettering with a red arrow to the letter box. It seems to have worked!

Just kills me that my package takes 2 days to get to Canada from South Carolina then sits at a Depot in Canada for 5 days

I will write a review all right. The delivery person stinks. Delivered a very expensive item to the wrong address today!!

you are not fast mail but turtle mail. I paid for it to be in one day and it's already the second day, oh god, I still haven't received my package.. it was very urgent

I literally dread anytime a package I order is shipped with FedEx. They attempt delivery ONCE before calling and saying theyre gonna ship it back, half the time they dont leave the slip, they ignore the scheduled delivery times, the customer service in-location is horrible too. Sometimes they bring my packages to facility super far away instead of the FedEx AROUND THE CORNER from my apartment.

I paid for express delivery they picked up my package on the 12th Oct as stated was supposed to be delivered to my son in America on the 14th October been checking daily and it’s still at the Feltem depot and hasn’t moved totally upset about this as my son was looking fwd to his goodies and the new jumper for his new puppy guess I’ll be using UPS from now on!!!!

It is very deceiving from a big company like FedEx. Rating 0 star.
