Worst delivery service, it's ALWAYS late...either by 1 or 2 days!! I drive truck and it should not be this way, Especially with FedEx Ex? can't count on ontime with FedEx. I don't like Amazon, but they can deliver and ALWAYS deliver on time and you can actually track where they are! Some will have good luck with FedEx, but most will see how bad they are, they have broke alot of stuff I received,I can't believe UPS is actually better, not Alot? they too are usually late at Delivery..

I am in Florida taking care of our home after Ian hit it and I asked my husband to send my blood pressure medicine and a couple others that I needed. He sent them next day air. That was on October 12th. I still have not received them. I believe they are lost in Memphis. They have very poor communication. No accountability.

Ordered a laptop from Walmart, 2 days later I got a notification it was delivered, I got home was nowhere to be found, called Walmart, I was told to wait 48 hours, so on Monday I call Walmart again to tell them I still haven't received anything, they told me to call FedEx and file a claim, they inform me it was dropped off at my local Walmart, not at my house. They weren't sure why driver did that. I call my local Walmart, and they confirmed it was dropped off there and they sent it back off to FedEx to deliver it to my house, now 2 days later I still haven't received it, I call FedEx again, and they now tell me it was picked up yesterday after Walmart told me they picked it up 3 days earlier, and that it could take 2-3 days to get it. I WILL NEVER, I MEAN NEVER USE FEDEX AGAIN FOR ANYTHING! if it's the only form of shipping any business uses, I will order from someone else! F*ck FedEx!

Received a text saying delivery on the 30th September. Nothing... 18 days later still nothing... The only information I can find is that it is delayed. I believe it is lost and they don't want to admit it!

Was supposed to get package yesterday. Kept saying was put on truck 16th outfor delivery 17th .at 8:07 said exception that is it had alert on phone email nothing called customer service could not understand a word he said.now hoping for today

The updates are terrible it says my parcel is waiting in Missasaga for the last 3 days it had to go from Windsor to Victoria what a joke and to soak people 20 $ for gas surcharge last time using them.

Very dissapointing with the service..Been following up for updates about my package .Its here in Hallam already last Tuesday.It meant to be delivered today but got updates delayed for tomorrow now. Really didn't get it why still holding the package when its already here long time ago.Unless late in clearance or etc.Never ever use them anymore.?
